修正内容：

- Fixed crash bug when the game is configured to use a gamepad, but that gamepad isnt plugged in, and Level 1 (tutorial level) is run to the point of the tutorial text appearing.
- Fixed crash bug when the game is configured to use gamepads but one of the gamepads isnt plugged in.

使用说明：

1. 解压缩.
2. 运行patch_fractured_soul_2.0.1.9.exe安装升级
